Andrea Gibbons serves as DTCC’s Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer where
she leads the firm’s human capital strategy, driving initiatives that foster a positive workplace
culture, enhance employee engagement, and support the company’s strategic goals. She also
serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
A dynamic HR Leader with over 25 years of experience driving performance and efficiency for
large and complex financial service technology firms, Andrea possesses an in-depth
understanding of all HR disciplines. With expertise in talent management, employee relations,
leadership development, and strategic change, Andrea is dedicated to building a diverse and
inclusive workforce that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Prior to this role, Andrea served as a Managing Director on the DTCC HR leadership team,
where she and her team worked in partnership with business leaders to develop innovative,
practical HR solutions as well as drive change to achieve critical business results. Before that,
Andrea served at Omgeo where she became Chief HR Officer in 2012, later overseeing the
company’s integration with DTCC. Andrea held previous roles with The Systems Group,
Thomson Financial and Gen3Partners.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst, and a master’s of Science from Northeastern University, Boston.
