Renee LaRoche-Morris
Renee LaRoche-Morris is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, leading DTCC’s Global Finance, Treasury, Enterprise Transformation Office, Strategic Sourcing, Real Estate and Global Security functions. She is a member of the DTCC Executive Committee, a member of the IT Governance Committee (ITGC), a member of the Management Risk Committee (MRC) and co-chair of the company’s Investment Management Committee.
Prior to joining DTCC, Renee held multiple senior-level roles at State Street, serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer of Shared Services and, most recently, as Head of the Integration Management Office for State Street’s acquisition of the Investor Services business of Brown Brothers Harriman.
Prior to that, Renee was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon, where she held the roles of Chief Operating Officer of Investment Management, Interim Chief Financial Officer of Investment Management and Chief Financial Officer of Wealth Management. Earlier in her career, Renee held strategy, operations and finance positions at BNY Pershing and Deloitte Consulting.
Renee is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, is a Board Member of the United Way of New York City and was a member of the SEC Asset Management Advisory Committee. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 Licenses.
