Samir Pandiri

Samir Pandiri serves as Managing Director and Chief Client Officer, with overarching responsibility for building long-term client and stakeholder partnerships and driving excellence and innovation in client coverage and value delivery. He oversees DTCC’s Global Client Management team (Client Leads, Relationship Management & Growth, Partnerships and Strategic Alliances), DTCC Consulting Services and Marketing & Communications. Pandiri is a member of the DTCC Executive Committee.  

Throughout his 30-plus years in finance, Pandiri has successfully managed large organizations, driven key post-trade infrastructure initiatives and collaborated with senior leaders across the industry. He has an extensive background in asset servicing, fund administration, capital markets, fintech, corporate services, wealth management and trustee services. 

Prior to joining DTCC, Pandiri held executive-level leadership positions in the industry, including at TMF Group, Apex Group, Broadridge International and BNY. Pandiri has led teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC throughout his career, including over 15 years in Hong Kong and London. 

Pandiri holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, all from Columbia University. In addition, he completed the CEO Perspectives executive leadership program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Pandiri currently serves as a Board member of the NJ State Investment Council and Niyogin Fintech Ltd & iServeu Technology. He was elected to the Global Custodian Hall of Fame in 2022.
