Pandiri Brings Unique Combination of Executive Management & Client Engagement Experience to the Role
New York/London/Hong Kong/Singapore/Sydney, September 29, 2026 ‒ The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, today announced the appointment of Samir Pandiri as Managing Director and Chief Client Officer, effective September 28. Pandiri joins the DTCC Executive Committee and will report to Frank LaSalla, President & Chief Executive Officer.
Pandiri will oversee DTCC’s Global Client Management team (Client Leads, Relationship Management & Growth, Partnerships and Strategic Alliances), DTCC Consulting Services and Marketing & Communications. He will hold overarching responsibility for building long-term client and stakeholder partnerships and driving excellence and innovation in client coverage and value delivery.
Throughout his 30-plus years in finance, Pandiri has successfully managed large organizations, driven key post-trade infrastructure initiatives and collaborated with senior leaders across the industry. He has an extensive background in asset servicing, fund administration, capital markets, fintech, corporate services, wealth management and trustee services.
Prior to joining DTCC, Pandiri held executive-level leadership positions in the industry, including at TMF Group, Apex Group, Broadridge International and BNY. Pandiri has led teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC throughout his career, including over 15 years in Hong Kong and London.
