Clients must submit a testing attestation to confirm completion of applicable testing activities and implementation readiness. Testing attestation is currently available for CNS®, CMU RTTM® and Settlement. CNS® and CMU RTTM® attestations may be submitted through the forms below or by emailing the DTCC Transformation team, while Settlement attestations must be submitted by email.
Firms that do not complete required testing and system updates may experience an impact to their ability to connect to DTCC services. Any testing issues or delays that could affect readiness must be reported to DTCC promptly.
