These terms apply to the processing of Nonpublic Information, as defined in the Regulation, by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, by itself or through any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or joint ventures, together or separately (“DTCC”) and DTCC Members, Participants, Users or Clients.
