GTR North America

GTR provides transaction reporting services for OTC derivatives in the U.S. and Canada through the legal entity DTCC Data Repository (U.S.) LLC (DDR). DDR is a U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) provisionally registered Swap Data Repository (SDR) and is authorized by Canadian regulators to provide derivatives reporting services in all Canadian provinces and territories.

GTR North America - CFTC

As a CFTC-provisionally registered SDR, DDR enables firms to meet their reporting obligations under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Pub.L. 111-203, H.R. 4173) for all five derivatives asset classes. DDR accepts trade submissions directly from reporting firms as well as through third-party service providers.

In accordance with CFTC regulations, DDR supports the submission of Primary Economic Terms (PET) and valuation data. DDR also provides a mechanism for real-time price reporting. Please visit http://www.cftc.gov/index.htm to see CFTC regulations.

DDR supports derivatives trade reporting under Canadian regulations for all Canadian provinces and territories (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador).
