After extensive analysis of client feedback followed by building and testing, the redesigned DTCC Learning Center, was unveiled in December with overall improved functionality and experience for our clients and other stakeholders.
Why it matters:
With more than one million page views among the 52,000 registered users in 2021, the DTCC Learning Center has proven to be the ideal one-stop source to help optimize use of DTCC products and services. Providing a refreshed approach to how these resources are organized and presented empowers users to more easily locate what they need when they need it.

How we’ve elevated the DTCC Learning Center experience:
- Enhanced Navigation: The simplified homepage and streamlined, intuitive navigation enable you to quickly locate the content you need, cutting down on the time and effort needed to find what you’re looking for.
- Upgraded Search: The new search engine pulls content from both the entire catalogue of resources available from the DTCC Learning Center along with articles from the DTCC Knowledgebase, providing a broad search scope juxtaposed with enhanced filtering options to help you drill down to find the exact content you’re looking for.
- Prominent Resources: Featured content and “quick links” sections are located within each business, product and service page for easy access to the newest and most popular resources.
- Personalized Experience: Bookmark key resources, see your most accessed content, browse recommended content and discover the newest assets based on your selected products of interest.
