Gloria Lio

Gloria Lio is Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Services, at DTCC where she is responsible for developing the organization’s strategy to maximize the value of our shared services and functions, including Global Business Operations, Client Services and Business Architecture. Additionally, Gloria leads new opportunities for greater synergies across the organization while delivering enhancements to our digitalization strategy and processes. Gloria is also a member of the DTCC Executive Committee.

Gloria has over 25 years of experience in financial services, serving in a number of senior-level roles including most recently at BNY Mellon, where she was Global Head of Custody and Middle Office Operations. Prior to that, Gloria spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held a number of global and regional operational-related leadership roles.

Previously, Gloria was chair for BNY Mellon's Asian Leadership Forum, as well as served as a sponsor for the Custody Operations Women's Council.

Gloria earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University.
