Rob Gambardella serves as Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Product and Platform Engineering in Information Technology at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where he is responsible for leading the firm’s global infrastructure delivery including data, cloud and DevSecOps platforms and engineering. In addition, he oversees automation and self-service infrastructure delivery capabilities, with a focus on strengthening production stability and resilience for the financial services industry.

Rob is also a co-lead of the firm’s Innovation Council, whose mission is to explore opportunities, tools, and training to cultivate an innovative spirit, as well as support various STEM programs for students and early-career talent. He has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services with a deep subject matter expertise in financial risk management across equities and fixed income markets, high volume trade processing, clearing and settlement.

Rob holds an MBA in Information Systems from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from LeMoyne College.
