Rob Gambardella serves as Managing Director for the Information Technology Executive team where he is responsible for leading the strategic advancement of artificial intelligence across the infrastructure landscape and embed AI-driven capabilities, tools and automation to modernize platforms, operations and engineering practices. Rob also focuses on reshaping infrastructure testing to reduce incidents and strengthen stability and resiliency enterprise-wide.

He has more than 35 years’ experience in financial services with a deep subject matter expertise in financial, market, credit and liquidity risk management across equities and fixed income markets, high volume trade processing, clearing and settlement. Previously Rob served as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer where he led the firm’s global infrastructure strategy and delivery including public and private cloud, mainframe, network and database.

Rob holds an MBA in Information Systems from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and a bachelor’s in computer science from LeMoyne College.
