Advancing Cybersecurity. Together.

By DTCC Connection Staff | 1 minute read | October 8, 2021

Large-scale cyber-attacks on critical financial infrastructure are a major threat, potentially causing significant damage and disruption to the financial sector and the larger economy. The complexity of the financial services industry, the interconnectedness of individual players, and the introduction of new and innovative technologies further heighten the risk of a large-scale cyber-attack on the financial sector.

Throughout Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2021 (October), DTCC will share insights and perspectives on building cyber defenses that reduce the likelihood of a successful large-scale cyber-attack and focus on building cyber resilient systems that can recover more quickly from an attack.
