“It is an honor to be nominated and selected for the WIND Rising Star Award,” Lazarova said. “WIND inspires continuous development and the ‘pay forward’ thinking by connecting likeminded individuals, motivating women to share resources and learn from one another. WIND is an enabler! If you have not joined the WIND community yet, I highly recommend you do so.”

A Leader in the Making

Lazarova joined DTCC in 2011 as an Operations Specialist, initially supporting the Trade Information Warehouse (TIW), and later the Global Trade Repository (GTR) at its inception in 2012. She took on a management position in GTR Support in January 2016. In 2019, her role expanded to include end-to-end support of GTR clients across onboarding, connectivity, client testing, production and billing for a diverse client base of over 4,000 clients. Today, in her role as Executive Director of Client Service Operations, Lazarova is responsible for Client Account Services and Client Connectivity Services across all DTCC business lines.
