Although the MyDTCC portal has been in existence for several years, it has been expanded to include Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) clients. MyDTCC is now the company’s central point of entry for all ITP services. This update also marks the consolidation of portal support across all business lines at DTCC.

Given that MyDTCC is already used by the rest of the DTCC organization and delivers enhanced functionality for our clients, the decision was easy to make. Now, ITP clients can take advantage of the many benefits of MyDTCC in addition to accessing all the functionality previously found in ServiceCentral.
“We are thrilled about the consolidation from both a technology and client-experience perspective. Through this project, we can provide ITP clients with an enhanced experience through features like single sign-on, as well as address the issues that clients had with ServiceCentral,” said Maria Dwyer, DTCC Managing Director, Solutions Client Services and Business Operations. “In addition, having a single client portal means that we can offer a more consistent experience, and future enhancements that we make to MyDTCC will benefit an even larger client base.”
Benefits of MyDTCC for ITP clients include streamlined access to ITP applications and the DTCC Learning Center via single sign-on, self-service for password options and opt-in communication subscriptions, and all the latest real-time, service-specific announcements and availability. Users will also be able to submit and resolve support requests.
“Regarding self-service support tools, clients can check on service availability, manage communication preferences, access secure forms and file transfers,” explained Ana Lotharius, DTCC Director, ITP Platform Management & Americas Industry Relations. “Clients can also do comprehensive searches for knowledge articles and have access to DTCC Learning Center resources. This level of integration was not directly available in ServiceCentral.”
