ISITC, the industry trade organization connecting global financial services experts, named Jocelyn Flaherty, DTCC Executive Director of Global Event Marketing, as this year’s winner of the ISITC Standard of Excellence Award.
This prestigious annual honor recognizes individuals whose contributions have significantly advanced industry standards or who have shown extraordinary commitment to ISITC’s mission. Each year, a selection committee led by the organization’s Immediate Past Chair evaluates candidates based on their impact and service. Flaherty received the award during ISITC’s 2025 Summit in recognition of her more than 20 years of active participation and leadership within the organization.

“Few individuals have contributed as consistently and meaningfully to ISITC as Jocelyn has over the past two decades,” said Rich Robinson, ISITC Chair. “From her years on our Board to her current work on the Executive Leadership Committee and Conference Task Force, she has shaped how our organization operates and communicates its value to the industry. This award acknowledges not just her past achievements but her ongoing influence on ISITC’s direction and success.”

In her current role at DTCC, Flaherty is accountable for the overall global strategy, planning, and budget management for global Event Marketing initiatives. Her nearly 25-year tenure at DTCC and previous experience in marketing positions have equipped her with the expertise that has proven invaluable to ISITC’s strategic initiatives and outreach efforts.
