As Client Lead, Bob is responsible for strengthening client engagement, driving enterprise alignment, and ensuring DTCC brings the full breadth of its capabilities to deliver on client priorities. Bob brings more than 30 years of financial services experience and a deep blend of custody, client service, and product expertise. Since joining DTCC, he has spent more than five years in Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) and Equities Product Management, where he led critical industry initiatives focused on automation and integration across the institutional post-trade lifecycle. Prior to joining DTCC, Bob spent more than 25 years at Brown Brothers Harriman, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Custody Product. In that role, he was responsible for the strategy, investment priorities, and profitability of BBH’s global custody business. Earlier in his career at BBH, he held leadership roles in Global Custody Client Service, including Client Service Manager and Assistant Department Head. Bob began his career at The Boston Company. Bob has been actively involved in industry working groups, including the SIFMA Asset Management Group and the ICI Security Operations Advisory Committee (SOAC), among others. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Bentley College.

Frank La Salla President and Chief Executive Officer, DTCC Francis (Frank) La Salla is President, CEO and Director of DTCC. He also serves as President and CEO of DTCC’s principal operating subsidiaries, DTC, FICC and NSCC and is a member of the DTCC Executive Committee. Frank joined DTCC in June 2022 following a 28-year career at BNY, where he held several senior-level positions, including most recently as CEO of its Issuer Services business and a member of the BNY Executive Committee. Prior to joining BNY, Frank was CEO of BHF Securities Corporation and COO of Société Generale Securities, responsible for developing its U.S. brokerage business. Frank currently serves on the FDIC’s Systemic Resolution Advisory Committee and the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities of New York. From 2012 to 2022, he served on the Board of Directors of Euroclear SA/NV. Frank holds a B.S. in Economics from The City University of New York, an MBA in Finance from Wagner College, and a Master of Arts in Theology from Fordham University.
Brian Steele Managing Director, President, Clearing & Services Brian Steele is Managing Director, President, Clearing & Securities Services at DTCC, responsible for Equity Clearing and Settlement, Fixed Income Clearing, Wealth & Investment Solutions, Asset Services, ITP, and RDS. Brian has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, including senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs where he served as Managing Director of Americas Client Coverage Group. Brian previously served on the boards of Acadia, Traiana, Access Fintech and Droit. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College.
Gloria Lio Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Services, DTCC Gloria Lio serves as Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Services at DTCC, leading shared services strategy and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. She oversees Enterprise Business and Client Operations, Enterprise Data Solutions, Enterprise Resiliency, and Enterprise Digital Solutions. Gloria has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, including leadership roles at BNY Mellon and Goldman Sachs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University.
Michael Winnike Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Market Solutions, DTCC Michael Winnike oversees strategic planning across DTCC’s Clearing & Securities Services business, aligning asset classes and market segments. Previously, Michael served as Director of Market Structure at BlackRock and held roles in Prime Brokerage Financing and Legal & Compliance. Dan Thieke Managing Director, Head of the Enterprise Resiliency Office, DTCC Dan Thieke leads DTCC’s Enterprise Resiliency Office, overseeing incident and crisis management and firm-wide resiliency programs. Justin Schwartz Executive Director, Product Management for Wealth & Investment Solutions, DTCC Justin Schwartz leads product management for Alternative Investment Products and Insurance & Retirement Services at DTCC. He has over 20 years of industry experience and serves on numerous industry advisory boards. Justin holds a master’s degree from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
Arianne M. Collette Managing Director and Head of U.S. Equities, DTCC Arianne M. Collette leads DTCC’s U.S. Equities business, driving strategy, growth, innovation, and operational risk management. She has more than 20 years of experience in securities finance and previously held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley. Arianne is the co-founder and global chair of Women in Securities Finance.
Brian Disken Executive Director, Head of Treasury Product, DTCC Brian Disken leads the Government Securities Division of FICC and has extensive expertise in U.S. Treasury market structure and operations. John Straley Executive Director, Asset Services, DTCC John Straley is Head of Strategic Partners and Alliances at DTCC, where he leads efforts to foster collaboration and innovation across the financial services industry, driving organizational success and addressing evolving market and client needs. Since joining DTCC in 2010, John has been instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organization. Among his early initiatives, he spearheaded the expansion of DTCC’s footprint into the commodities area, forging new relationships to help the industry streamline OTC derivatives reporting requirements and advancing DTCC’s trade repository adoption globally. John also played a pivotal role in the creation of Global Collateral Ltd., the first joint venture between two of the world’s largest central securities depositories — DTCC and Euroclear. Recognized for his contributions to the venture’s development, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the collaboration and consistent communication between the firms. Prior to joining DTCC, John served as Business Development and Strategy Director at Acquis Capital, where he was responsible for portfolio and capital management, trading strategies, the development of financial models for scenario analysis, capital structure and sector evaluations, as well as credit and risk management. John began his career at Citigroup, where he progressed through a series of roles of increasing responsibility across multiple business lines, including alternative investments, prime brokerage, commercial banking, and trading. He ultimately served as Vice President in Citi Markets & Banking, where he managed collateral, mark-to-market risk, and Value at Risk across fixed income, futures, equities, and derivatives. He holds a BSc in Finance from University of Central Florida.
