DTCC Supplier Diversity Commitment

At DTCC, we recognize the importance of having mutually beneficial business relationships with a diverse set of suppliers. The supplier diversity program at DTCC aims to encourage inclusion of small and diverse enterprises in our procurement process. We continuously endeavor to increase the growth of qualifying diverse enterprises. We are proud of our strategic alliances with such enterprises and enthusiastically embrace the clear vision and mission which guides our diversity initiative.

DTCC is taking steps to support the future growth of our diverse suppliers through these actions:

  • Integrating supplier diversity processes and policies within our Procurement strategy to build an inclusive supply chain
  • Teaming with advocacy organizations to build relationships and increase engagement with our DTCC professionals
  • Developing Mentoring and/or Acceleration Programs to develop and grow our diverse-owned enterprises
  • Setting Metrics/KPIs to track impact to diverse suppliers and DTCC

DTCC is committed to providing opportunities to qualifying diverse enterprises identifying themselves as Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE), Small Businesses and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Business Enterprises (LGBTBE), Disability-owned Enterprises (DOBE); and holding a membership in one or more of the certifying agencies stated below:

All such suppliers are invited to participate as partners and suppliers of goods and services as part of our corporate procurement process.

Evaluation of suppliers is based on criteria of price, quality, innovative solutions, technological advantage, business requirements and more.

DTCC recognizes the impact supplier diversity has on our community. Therefore, we understand that when small and diverse enterprises flourish and prosper, our communities that they serve share the benefits. And when our communities succeed, we all win.
