Developed specifically for the agent, trustee and issuer community, the Issuer Agent Portal provides a means for direct submission of Legal, Tax, and Transfer Agent notices to LENS to comply with Rule 17Ad-16 of the Securities and Exchange Commission Act of 1934.

Please note the Issuer Agent Portal is NOT for posting any notices that require DTC’s direct action.

The portal enables third party agents and others to submit notices for posting to LENS.
