What are ERGs?

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster our culture of workplace belonging. We know that innovation can only flourish when employees feel safe bringing their whole selves to work and these groups strongly support our diverse and inclusive workplace.

Aligned to our diversity and inclusion strategy, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focus their initiatives on three key pillars: Recruitment, Professional Development and Workplace Belonging.
