  As a SEC registered SBSDR, DTCC Data Repository (U.S.) LLC (DDR) enables firms to meet their security-based swap reporting obligations under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank).

  DDR accepts trade submissions directly from reporting firms as well as through third-party service providers.
