David Chayer is Managing Director of IT Cyber Security, Developer Enablement and
Platform Delivery and Strategy at DTCC. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s public
cloud strategy and global adoption and protection of platform capabilities and
governance. Additionally, Dave oversees IT Cyber security Engineering and
Operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), platform delivery and the
Developer Enablement organization. Prior to working at DTCC, he served as
Executive Director of IT, Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations for Omgeo, which
was acquired by DTCC in 2014.
David is skilled in leading global teams and delivering complex, business critical
infrastructure. He has extensive experience managing IT in highly regulated
industries, having consistently worked with several U.S. regulators on behalf of
numerous organizations and the industry.
He has over 25 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, platform and security
engineering, and operations. He spends his time enjoying outdoor activities and
volunteering with a number of local non-profit organizations.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
