Quarterly Tribe Reviews (QTR) are the heartbeat of DTCC’s Agile tribes. This critical process brings tribe members together to review last quarter’s results, reflect on learnings, adjust and commit to their priorities for the coming quarter – all the while identifying and planning for dependencies and risks that might otherwise become roadblocks. This type of frequent planning is what allows us to adapt to feedback and shifting priorities, cultivate an MVP mindset (minimum viable product) and, ultimately, put solutions into the hands of our clients more quickly!
