David Chayer is Managing Director of Developer Enablement and Platform Delivery
at DTCC. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s public cloud strategy and global
adoption of platform capabilities and governance. Additionally, Dave oversees
platform delivery squads and the Developer Enablement organization. Prior to
working at DTCC, he served as Executive Director of IT, Enterprise Infrastructure
and Operations for Omgeo, which was acquired by DTCC in 2014.
David is skilled in leading global teams and delivering complex, business critical
infrastructure. He has extensive experience managing IT in highly regulated
industries, having consistently worked with several U.S. regulators on behalf of
numerous organizations and the industry.
He has over 25 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, engineering, and
operations. He spends his time enjoying outdoor activities and volunteering with a
number of local non-profit organizations.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine.
