Ann Marie Bria Ann Marie Bria serves as Managing Director and Head of all Operations for Asset Services at DTCC. Her responsibilities include leading the strategic transformation of Asset Services Operations to support enterprise initiatives and business goals, while driving client value and innovation through enhanced data and digital capabilities.

Previously, she served as Managing Director and General Manager of Asset Services, driving development of strategic priorities for Asset Services Transformation, Dematerialization, and Automating the Sourcing of Corporate Action Announcements initiatives.

Ann Marie has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has been at DTCC since 2008. Ann Marie has held various roles within the organization in the Asset Services and Underwriting businesses. Prior to joining DTCC, she was a Director at Merrill Lynch in Investment Banking and Global Markets focusing on subprime mortgage securitization surveillance. She also served as Vice President of Asset and Mortgage-Backed Securities Analytics in Institutional Trust Services at JPMorgan Chase.

Ann Marie currently represents DTCC on the Board of Trustees for CUSIP Global Services. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College.
