Plan, measure, adapt – the essence of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Within an Agile framework, OKRs are an essential tool to maintain alignment and momentum toward common goals. At DTCC, we use OKRs on a quarterly basis at multiple levels of the organization and encourage sharing these to promote accountability, transparency and collaboration from top to bottom and everywhere in between.
