DTCC Data Repository (Ireland) PLC (DDRIE)
DTCC Data Repository (Ireland) Plc (“DDRIE”) is DTCC’s registered EU27 trade repository TR, operating under the supervision of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Dublin-based DDRIE enables firms to comply with the rules for regulatory reporting as set out in the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR) and Switzerland’s FinfraG.
Once authorized, DDRIE will also operate a Markets in Financial Instruments Directive/Regulation (MiFID/R) approved reporting mechanism (ARM) to support the reporting of all in-scope transactions in Europe.
