Electronic Certificate (eCERT) Templates
DTC, in partnership with the industry, developed four standardized master electronic certificate templates that are integrated into the UWC application.
The UWC application will automatically select and populate the appropriate electronic template, with the data entered by the broker via the UWC user interface or upload.
eCertificate templates will automatically generate when the security is sent to the issuer for electronic signature via DocuSign.
Once the document is electronically signed, a watermarked copy of the certificate is sent to the broker & issuer.
