Welcome to DTCC’s Insurance & Retirement Services (I&RS); we are looking forward to helping you to create efficiencies while reducing cost and risk in your business.

The Customer Implementation Guide (CIG) is a step-by-step guide to help you implement Insurance & Retirement Services products and services and gain easy access to all of the resources necessary to complete the implementation process and /or to expand your service options.

The first step in onboarding to I&RS products and services is to become a member of the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). If you have not yet completed the membership process, please click here.


The I&RS CIG is designed to:

  • Guide new I&RS customers through the initial implementation process.
  • Assist existing I&RS clients who are upgrading their service options and implementing new products. Serve as a central portal to the resources needed to complete the implementation process.

The organization of the guide allows you to access information as a training and reference tool.
